Choose what you need

Most clients take all three; they are built to work as one system, and the server-side layer only pays off once the platforms above it are configured properly. Take them separately if part of this is already running well.

Server-side tracking cuts data loss by roughly 41% on average and is not affected by ad blockers. Around 20 to 25% of small and mid-sized businesses used it in 2025; that share is projected to reach about 70% by 2027.

What you receive

A tracking system that agrees with itself. Google, Meta and your server side built against one set of definitions, so the same sale is counted once and means the same thing wherever you look at it.

Proof that it works. Your setup report records every tag, event and conversion we configured, with screenshots of each one firing on your site and the quality scores it was tested against. Included with every order.

Your accounts, in your name. Created or transferred under your business, with you as the owner and us as a removable user.

A 30-day fix promise. If anything we set up stops working, we fix it free. If a change on your side broke it, we will tell you what happened at no charge and quote before touching anything.

The Tracking Walkthrough, if you add it below. A 15-minute video of your specialist showing you how to use what was built.

What we set up

12 pieces, every build, every time
01
Your conversion map Before anything is installed, we decide with you what counts as a result and what each one is worth; every configuration follows from this
02
GA4 property and events Built or rebuilt so it records leads, bookings and sales, not just page views
03
Tag Manager container One control room for every tag, structured so the next change never needs a developer
04
Google Ads conversion tracking Conversion actions and Enhanced Conversions, so your ad account optimizes on results rather than clicks
05
Meta Pixel and Conversions API Browser and server together, because browser-only tracking now misses a large share of real conversions
06
Event deduplication The work that stops one purchase being counted two or three times and quietly inflating everything
Specification

The standard your setup is tested against

Tracking either meets a measurable bar or it does not. Here is the one we build to, and the evidence is in your report.

90%+Event deduplication rateThe share of events correctly recognized as one action rather than two. Below this, every number you have is inflated and you do not know by how much.
6.0+Meta Event Match QualityMeta's own score for how much of your spend it can attribute. Most untuned setups sit well below this and the advertiser never knows the score exists.
Every eventTested on your live siteFired, watched and screenshotted before handover. Not assumed from a green tick in a settings panel.
0Duplicate or orphaned tags left behindEverything we find that is broken, doubled or abandoned is removed and listed in your report.

These are the numbers a specialist checks and a one-click installer never reports. If your current setup has never been measured against them, that is the answer to whether it is working.

We work inside your accounts, never our own. Here is exactly what we need and why. You can send these after checkout from your private link; nothing here is required to order.

How we get into your site
Technical contact optional Your developer or whoever manages the site, if that is not you

Your confirmation arrives within minutes and your specialist is assigned the same day. If anything you gave us in the intake does not work, they will email you; otherwise the next thing you hear is your finished setup.

Your accounts. Your name. Permanently.

Every account we touch is created under your business, with you as the owner. Not under a BoldZee umbrella account, not under an agency portfolio, not in a shared container with other clients.
We are added as a user with the access we need, and you can remove us the day we hand over. If you never work with us again, nothing breaks and nothing has to be rebuilt.
If a previous agency holds your accounts, say so in the intake. Getting them back is part of the job.

Inside your setup report

Included with every order, not sold as an extra.

Every tag, event and conversion we configured. Named in plain language, with what each one records and where it fires.
Screenshots of each event firing on your live site. Taken on the day of handover, so the work is checkable rather than claimed.
Your scores against the standard. Deduplication rate and Meta Event Match Quality, measured and recorded, so you can see the bar was met and check it again later.
Your baseline numbers. What your traffic and conversions looked like the day tracking went live, which is what lets you prove months from now that something changed.
What we found and fixed. Every broken, duplicated or misleading piece of tracking that already existed, what it was doing to your numbers, and what we did about it.
How to maintain it. Where to look, what to check after a site change, and what to send us if you add something new.

How this works

1. You fill in the intake and pay. Everything we need is on this page. No discovery call, no proposal, no negotiation.
2. A specialist is assigned the same day. They start by auditing whatever tracking you already have, so we know what to keep, what to fix and what has been quietly corrupting your numbers.
3. They agree what counts as a result, then build around it. This is the part that decides whether the setup is worth anything. Everything else follows from it.
4. Everything is tested, scored and handed over. Each event fired and watched on your live site, deduplication and match quality measured, the report written, and access handed to you. Eight to ten business days from the day you order.

This is for you if

You are spending real money on ads and cannot say which ones produced a sale.
Facebook claims more sales than your bank account shows, and nobody can explain the gap.
Your analytics has traffic but no conversions, or numbers you quietly stopped believing months ago.
Someone set this up years ago, nobody knows what they did, and nobody wants to touch it.
You are about to increase ad spend, and every extra dollar will be spent on the strength of whatever your tracking currently reports.

What the free tools and one-click apps actually do

They install. Installation was never the hard part.

They install code; they do not know your business. A tool cannot know that a quote request is worth $2,400 and a newsletter signup is worth nothing, so it treats them the same and so does your ad platform.
They report success, not accuracy. A green tick means the code loaded. It does not mean your purchase event fires once rather than three times, and nothing in the interface will tell you which is happening.
They cover one platform each. Meta's own one-click flow sends to Meta. A Shopify app sends what it can see from Shopify. Nothing joins Google, Meta and your server side into one system that agrees with itself.
They cannot see what is already there. Most sites we open have tracking from two or three previous attempts still running. A new tool adds a layer on top and makes the double counting worse.
They stop at the events they ship with. Phone taps, quote forms, booking confirmations and offline sales, which for many businesses are most of the revenue, are the ones nobody configures.
Nobody is accountable for the result. When the numbers look wrong six months later, there is no one to ask and no record of what was set up or why.

What we usually find

Before building anything, we look at what is already running. This is what turns up, on sites whose owners believed tracking was handled.

Two or three pixels on the same page. Every purchase counted more than once, and an ad account spending against numbers that were never real.
Analytics recording page views and nothing else. Months of traffic data and not one recorded lead or sale.
Google Ads running with no conversion tracking at all. The single most expensive thing we find, because the account has been optimizing towards clicks for as long as it has been running.
Conversions that fire on the wrong page. A thank-you event that also fires on the home page, so the conversion rate looks excellent and means nothing.
Phone calls and form submissions never tracked. For a service business that is usually most of the revenue, invisible.
A consent banner blocking the tracking it was meant to manage. Compliant and completely blind.
Tags from tools nobody uses any more. Dead pixels and abandoned widgets still loading on every page, slowing the site and polluting the data.

Why business owners choose us

A named specialist, not a ticket queue. A person whose discipline is measurement builds your setup and puts their name to it.
A fixed price you can see before you buy. No proposal, no discovery call, no hourly billing, no scope creep.
Work you can check. A written record of what was built, screenshots of it firing and scores against a stated standard. You do not have to take our word for any of it.
Your accounts stay yours. Created in your name, kept by you, our access removable the day we finish.
Pay once and nothing renews. No contract, no retainer, no managed-service plan. Most clients buy this once and never need us again, which is the point.

Frequently asked questions

Could I not do this myself?

Yes, and some people should. If you have the time to learn what a conversion is worth to your business, decide which events matter, configure three platforms to agree with each other, deduplicate them, tune match quality, handle consent, and then test every event on your live site, the tools are free. Most owners who try get about a third of the way in, leave the rest half configured, and spend the next year making decisions on the result. You are buying the decisions and the proof, not the installation.

There is an app that does this for $29 a month. Why is this different?

Those apps are good at what they do, and we use several of them inside our builds. What they cannot do is decide what counts as a result for your business, reconcile Google and Meta with your server side, find and remove the tracking three previous people left behind, or show you evidence that each event fires correctly. They install. Installation was never the expensive part.

What happens if I just leave it as it is?

Your ad platforms keep optimizing towards whatever you currently send them. If those signals are duplicated, missing or attached to the wrong actions, the budget goes on reaching the wrong people, and the reports will look fine the whole time. That is the actual cost, and it recurs every month.

What exactly do I get, and when?

A finished tracking system inside your own accounts, plus your setup report at a private link and as a print-ready PDF. Within 8 to 10 business days of your order, assuming we have access.

Do I have to take all three modules?

No. Take any one. They are discounted together because they are built to work as one system, and the server-side layer only pays off once the platforms above it are configured properly.

Do you need access to my website and accounts?

Yes. This is a build, not a review, so we work inside your accounts. We ask for the lowest level of access that does the job, everything is created in your name, and you can remove us the day we hand over.

Who owns the accounts afterwards?

You do, permanently. Nothing is held under a BoldZee account and nothing breaks if you stop working with us.

A past agency has my accounts. Can you get them back?

Usually, yes. Say so in the intake and recovering them is part of the job. If they genuinely cannot be recovered, we build clean accounts in your name and tell you what history is lost.

I already have GA4 and a pixel. Do I need this?

If they are configured correctly, no. Most that we open are not: recording page views but no leads or sales, or counting conversions two or three times. If you are unsure, the honest test is whether anyone has ever measured your deduplication rate or your Event Match Quality. If nobody has, nobody knows whether it works.

What is server-side tracking, in plain terms?

Instead of a visitor's browser reporting what happened, your own server reports it. That matters because browsers, privacy settings and ad blockers now discard a large share of browser-sent events. Server-side recovers much of that, roughly 41% less data loss on average, and keeps working when a browser will not.

Does server-side tracking cost anything to run?

Yes, a small amount. The server runs on your own cloud account and the provider bills you directly, usually a few dollars a month at typical small business traffic. We set it up, you own it, and nobody is billing you a markup on it.

What if I only want the server-side part?

You can buy it alone, but it is rarely the right first step. Server-side tracking forwards whatever your existing setup sends it; if those events are wrong or missing, it forwards them faster and more reliably. Fix the platforms first, then add the server layer.

Which platforms do you work with?

Shopify, WooCommerce and WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, BigCommerce and custom builds. Tell us in the intake and the specialist adapts the method.

What if I do not have a developer?

Most clients do not. Give us the access route in the intake and we handle it. Nobody on your side has to touch code.

How long does it take?

Eight to ten business days from order, provided we can get in. If you add server-side tracking, allow ten to thirteen, because it needs a DNS change on your domain and your registrar sets that pace. If access is delayed, the clock starts when it arrives.

What happens if something stops working later?

If our work is the cause, we fix it free within 30 days. If something on your side broke it, a theme update, a new app or a redesign, we will diagnose it free and tell you exactly what happened, then quote if you want us to fix it. After 30 days your setup report tells you what to check first.

Will this slow my website down?

No. It usually speeds things up, because part of the job is removing old, duplicated and abandoned tags that were still loading on every page.

Do you handle cookie consent and privacy rules?

Yes. We configure tracking to respect your consent banner and Canadian and EU requirements. We are not lawyers and do not give legal advice, but the setup will not ignore consent.

Is any of this a subscription?

The setup is a one-time payment. Quarterly Reporting is optional and is a set number of reports, not a plan that bills until you cancel.

Who actually does the work? Is it AI?

A measurement specialist. AI helps with checking and cross-referencing, the way any professional uses a tool, but a person configures your accounts and is responsible for every part of the build.
