    Terms and Conditions

Updated 9 September 2026 · BoldZee Tech Ventures Inc.

These are the terms you agree to when you buy something from BoldZee. We have written them to be read, not to be survived. Every clause below has a plain-English note beside it, and if the two ever seem to disagree, tell us, because that means we wrote the clause badly.

    No contract
Each order is a complete transaction. Nothing renews unless you chose a monthly service.
    Scope is the product page
What you see listed on the service page is what you are buying. Nothing more, nothing hidden.
    You own the work
Once you have paid, the deliverable is yours to use however you like.
    One place to ask
support@boldzee.com. A person answers, within one business day.

    01 About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of any service sold by BoldZee Tech Ventures Inc. (“BoldZee”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada, through boldzee.com and any related BoldZee property.

By placing an order you accept these terms. Our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy are part of this agreement and are incorporated by reference. Where a specific service page sets out a scope, a deliverable list or a delivery window, that page forms part of your agreement for that order and takes precedence over any general description elsewhere on the site.

    In plain terms

Buying from us means agreeing to this page, plus our refund and privacy policies. If a service page says something more specific than this page does, the service page wins for that order.

02 Who can buy from us

BoldZee sells to businesses. To place an order you must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, be able to enter a binding contract, and be acting for a business or on behalf of one you are authorised to represent.

You confirm that you own the website, store, advertising account or other asset you ask us to work on, or that you have permission from its owner to have us review or modify it.

    In plain terms

This is a business-to-business service. Please only send us work on a site or account you actually own or are authorised to hand over.

    03 How ordering works

Our services are sold as products. Each service page shows the price, the scope, the deliverables and the delivery window before you buy. You add the service to your cart, provide the details we ask for, and pay. There is no proposal, no negotiation and no separate contract to sign.

An order becomes binding when payment is completed and you receive an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order and refund it in full where the work falls outside what we offer, where we do not have a suitable specialist available, where the request would be unlawful or unsafe, or where the site or account we are asked to work on is not one you are entitled to give us.

    In plain terms

You buy a service the way you buy a product. If we cannot take the job on, we say so and refund you rather than doing it badly.

04 Scope: what you are buying

Every BoldZee service has a defined scope stated on its product page, including what is covered, what is excluded, how many URLs or assets are included and how many revision rounds apply. That scope is the agreement.

Work outside that scope is a separate purchase. If, during a job, we identify something valuable that sits outside your scope, we will tell you what it is and what it would cost; we will not perform it and invoice you afterwards, and we will not quietly leave it out without saying so.

    In plain terms

What the product page lists is exactly what you get. If we find something outside that, we tell you and let you decide; we never do extra work and then bill you for it.

05 What we need from you

To deliver on time we need the following from you, promptly and accurately: the URLs or assets to be reviewed, kept publicly reachable throughout the review period; any access, credentials or permissions the service page states are required; accurate answers to the intake questions; and any approvals or content the service depends on.

Where we are waiting on something from you, the delivery clock pauses. We will tell you in writing when it pauses and when it restarts. If we have been waiting for more than thirty days and cannot reach you, we may close the order as delivered to the extent of the work completed, or cancel and refund it, at our discretion and after a written reminder.

    In plain terms

Give us access and answers and we hit our dates. If you go quiet, the clock stops rather than us guessing. If you disappear for a month, we will get in touch before doing anything with the order.

    06 Delivery and timelines

Delivery windows are stated in business days on each service page and begin when your intake details are complete, not at the moment of payment. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays in British Columbia.

We deliver on the stated window as a commitment, not an estimate. If we expect to miss it, we will tell you before the deadline rather than after it. Remedies for missed delivery are set out in our Refund Policy.

    In plain terms

The clock starts when we have what we need from you. If we are going to be late, you hear it from us in advance, not afterwards.

    07 Your deliverables

Audits are delivered as an interactive HTML report together with a print-ready PDF version, hosted at a private link on reports.boldzee.com and sent to you by email. The link is not publicly listed or indexed. We maintain access to delivered reports for as long as is reasonable and will give you notice before withdrawing access to any report; you are free to download the PDF at any time and keep your own copy.

Where purchased, a Diagnosis Video is a recorded walkthrough of your own asset by the specialist who performed your audit, delivered inside the report and by email link. Implementation services are delivered as described on their service page.

    In plain terms

Your audit arrives as an interactive report you can explore online, plus a PDF you can print for a meeting. Both sit at a private link, and you can download and keep them.

    08 Revisions and approvals

Each service page states how many revision rounds are included. A revision is a correction or refinement within the original scope. A change of direction, a new asset, an additional URL or a new requirement is new work rather than a revision.

Please raise revision requests in writing, in one consolidated round, within fourteen days of delivery. Once a deliverable has been approved, or once the revision window has passed without a request, it is treated as final.

    In plain terms

Fixes within the agreed scope are included. Changing your mind about what you wanted is a new job. Send revisions in one batch within two weeks.

    09 Ongoing monthly services

Some services are billed monthly. These have no contract, no minimum term and no notice period. Each month is billed in advance on the anniversary of your first payment and covers the work scheduled for that month.

You may cancel at any time from your account or by email, with no fee. Cancellation stops all future billing. The month already in progress is not prorated, and past months are not refundable. Advertising budget is paid by you directly to the advertising platform; it is never held, controlled or refundable by BoldZee.

    In plain terms

Cancel whenever you want, in one click, with no penalty and no notice period. The month you are already in finishes, because the work is already underway. Your ad budget goes to Google or Meta, not to us.

    10 Prices, taxes and payment

All prices are published on the service pages and are shown in Canadian or United States dollars depending on your selection. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase unless a service page states a milestone schedule. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details. We may change our prices at any time, and a change never affects an order already placed or a month already billed.

    In plain terms

The price you see is the price, plus tax at checkout. You pay up front unless the service says otherwise. Price changes never apply backwards.

    11 Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by ourRefund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: any order may be cancelled for a full refund before a specialist begins work; audits carry a seven-day guarantee with a free redo and a refund if the redo still falls short; implementation work is settled against completed milestones; and monthly services are cancelled rather than refunded.

    In plain terms

The full detail is on the Refund Policy page. Short version: cancel before we start and pay nothing, and if an audit falls short we redo it or refund it.

12 Ownership of what we make for you

On full payment, you own the deliverables we create specifically for you. That includes your audit report, your Diagnosis Video, and any designs, code, configurations or written assets produced as part of an implementation service. You may use, adapt, publish and distribute them for any lawful purpose, including sharing them with your own team, developers or agencies.

Ownership transfers on payment. Until an order is paid in full, we retain ownership of the deliverables. Where a deliverable is refunded, ownership does not transfer and access is withdrawn, as set out in the Refund Policy.

    In plain terms

Once you have paid, it is yours. Forward it, print it, hand it to your developer, publish it. We do not hold anything back.

    13 What stays ours

BoldZee retains all rights in the things we bring to the work rather than make for you: our analysis frameworks, scoring systems, checklists, report templates, internal tooling, prompts, methodologies and any pre-existing material incorporated into a deliverable. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive right to use those elements as part of your deliverable, but not to extract, resell or license them separately.

We may retain anonymised, aggregated data derived from work we perform, and use it to improve our services and to build benchmark datasets. Aggregated data never identifies you, your business or your URLs. We will not publish your name, logo, report or any identifiable detail as a sample, case study or marketing material without your prior written permission.

    In plain terms

The report is yours; the method we used to build it stays ours. We do learn from patterns across all our work, but that data is anonymous, and we never show your business as an example without asking you first.

14 Your content, access and permissions

You grant BoldZee permission to access, review, test, capture and screenshot the assets you submit, and to store those materials for the purpose of performing the service and supporting you afterwards. Where a service requires account access, you grant that access at your discretion and may revoke it at any time after delivery.

You are responsible for the content and legality of what you submit, and you confirm that you hold the rights to it. Please do not send us personal data belonging to your customers, and do not send us payment card data, health records or other sensitive information; we do not need it and we do not want to hold it.

    In plain terms

We need permission to look at your site properly and take screenshots. Make sure what you send us is yours to send, and please keep your customers' personal data out of it.

    15 Confidentiality and privacy

We treat what you tell us about your business as confidential. We will not disclose your intake answers, findings, credentials or commercial information to anyone outside BoldZee and the specialists working on your order, except where required by law.

Specialists engaged by BoldZee are bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy and is governed by applicable Canadian privacy legislation.

    In plain terms

What you tell us stays between you, us and the specialist doing your work. The Privacy Policy has the detail on personal data.

    16 Third-party platforms

Many of our services involve platforms we do not control, including Google, Meta, Shopify, hosting providers and analytics tools. We are not responsible for their availability, their policy changes, their pricing, their account decisions or any suspension or removal they apply to your accounts.

Where a platform changes in a way that affects delivered work, that does not constitute a defect in our work. Where it affects work in progress, we will tell you and agree how to proceed.

    In plain terms

If Google changes its rules or suspends your ad account, that is outside our control and not something we can be held to. We will always tell you what changed and what it means.

    17 No guarantee of results

We guarantee the quality, scope and delivery of the work you buy. We do not guarantee any commercial outcome, including rankings, traffic, impressions, leads, conversions or revenue.

Outcomes depend on your market, your pricing, your competitors, your product, platform behaviour and whether our recommendations are implemented. Any figures, ranges or examples we mention are illustrative and are not a promise of performance.

    In plain terms

We promise a specialist will do the job properly. We cannot promise how the market will respond, and nobody honest can.

    18 Acceptable use

Please use our services lawfully and treat the people delivering them decently. We may suspend or end service, and decline future orders, where an account is used to abuse, threaten or harass our team, to submit unlawful or infringing material, to attempt to obtain services without paying, or to systematically resell BoldZee reports as your own without a written white-label agreement in place.

Agencies and resellers are welcome; we simply ask you to arrange it with us in writing first.

    In plain terms

Be lawful, be civil, and if you want to resell our reports to your own clients, talk to us and we will set it up properly.

    19 Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, BoldZee's total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunity or business interruption, arising from the use of, or reliance on, our deliverables. Our recommendations are professional opinion; decisions about whether and how to implement them remain yours.

    In plain terms

If something goes wrong, our liability is capped at what you paid us for that job. Our reports are expert advice, and what you do with the advice is your call.

    20 General terms

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published at the time you place an order, and changes never apply retroactively to an order already placed.

Changes to services. We may add, withdraw or change services and prices at any time. This never affects an order already placed.

Events outside our control. Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control. Where such an event delays delivery, we will tell you and agree a revised date or cancel and refund the affected work.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and the courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction. Nothing here limits consumer protection rights that cannot be limited by agreement.

Notices. Written notice to us means email to support@boldzee.com. Written notice to you means email to the address on your order.

The rest. These terms, together with the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy and the relevant service page, are the entire agreement between us. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another entity, such as on a sale of the business, without affecting your rights. Not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive it. Sections covering ownership, confidentiality, liability and governing law survive the end of an order.

    In plain terms

Standard closing points: we can update these terms but not retroactively, British Columbia law applies, email us at support@boldzee.com for anything official, and if one clause turns out to be unenforceable the rest still stands.

The notes beside each clause are a plain-language summary written to make this page usable. They are not legal advice, and where a note and a clause read differently, the clause governs.
